Apple App Store purchases

If you bought an App, In-App Purchase, or subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund decisions. Manage or cancel auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We cannot issue an App Store refund ourselves.

Other purchases

This website does not currently provide an online checkout. If a future product is sold through a non-App Store checkout, the refund terms shown at that checkout and in the applicable order confirmation will apply. Contact stormte@gmail.com with your order number for support.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that apply where you live.
